- 3. Amigo Handyman reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the client will be notified promptly.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
- 1. Amigo Handyman offers a 30-day warranty on all workmanship. This warranty does not cover parts, materials, or any issues arising from misuse or third-party interference.
- 2. Any materials or parts provided by Amigo Handyman are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
8. Liability and Indemnity
- 1. Amigo Handyman is insured and will exercise care and professionalism during service provision. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
- 2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Amigo Handyman harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s misuse of our services or failure to follow provided instructions.
9. Access and Safety
- 1. The client is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the worksite.
- 2. The client must disclose any potential hazards, such as structural weaknesses or hazardous materials, before work begins.
10. Property Damage
While we take every precaution to protect property, Amigo Handyman will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or damage resulting from information not disclosed by the client.
